What

What was special about this:
With myriad stakeholders that included the CEO of one of the largest financial institutions on the planet as well as Think Tanks, Government, Journalists, and members of the research community, the website for this small, non-revenue generating Think Tank needed to work across a wide range of user needs and expectations.

01

What was it?
The JPMorganChase Institute is made up of data scientists that have unique access to the powerful data produced by J.P. Morgan and Chase banks. This gives them unparalleled insight into consumer sentiment and actions when it comes to particular financial situations.

This was undisputed. The issue at hand: Create an organized, well documented flow for both users and stakeholders that allowed each individual persona access to the information they required to make decisions. And, of course, design it so it adhered to corporate web guidelines and accessibility standards.

Lastly, the designs were to be translated into modular components that would be developed and launched in the firm’s new AEM platform. (read: lots of eyes on this one)

02

Then what?
Leading our efforts from UX research to persona development, Information Architecture and ultimately the final designs, our team exceeded expectations and gained alignment across all relevant stakeholders. We continued to be involved as the development work progressed with internal JPMorgan Chase teams.

User Experience Design

From research through design.

We designed a chord diagram to demonstrate the various stakeholders and where their user journeys would end up.

Detailed personas were developed to determine and validate our decisions
